John specializes in leasing as well as sales of all types of properties, particularly in the field of leasing properties. He’s been working as a property manager for a couple of years, gaining valuable experiences in dealing with landlords, tenants and Strata management for conflict resolution and problem solving.
John’s daily responsibilities include setting and collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, filling vacant units and potentially setting the budget for the property.
What really make John an exceptional team member is his long standing experience, local market knowledge, good communication and organisational skills. With the investor mindset, John always focuses on protecting the landlord as well as the renters’ interests when dealing with properties.
